Snow, rain keep crowds away on the eve of Return Day

On the eve of Return Day, only a handful of residents ventured out to The Circle in Georgetown.

Plans originally called for bands and camaraderie around the ox roast, but a surprise snow shower left only the hardiest out in the cold Wednesday night.
