In this class, you will learn a daily practice of this breathing technique that fits into your schedule of work and family, in order to create vibrant health and vitality, plus, establish a regular access to relaxation and calm, as you have never before experienced. Learn the tools of this amazing breath practice to free you from all anxieties. It is the most important of all yoga practices, and you will begin to realize this in yourself in this class.
This class will include
. Making the sound of the breath in your throat,
. Slowing down the sound to make it effortless,
. Extending the length of each inhale and exhale, and
. Increasing the quantity of each breath without forcing or straining to make that happen.
