Starboard celebrates St. Pat's opening

The Starboard celebrated its 2013 opening weekend March 13-17, with St. Patrick's Day festivities and the wearin' o' the green.  Hundreds of revelers poured into the Dewey Beach restaurant and bar over the weekend to celebrate the occasion.
