The Take Two Drama Club of Sussex Central High School will present “The Importance of Being Earnest” by Oscar Wilde Thursday to Saturday, May 1-3 at the school’s Center for Visual and Performing Arts, located at 26026 Patriots Way in Georgetown.

The show will be presented at 7 p.m. on May 1 and 2 and at 2 p.m. on May 3. “The Importance of Being Earnest” is one of the most famous and beloved comedies in history. Though originally set in 1895, Take Two's innovative production is relocating it to the Swinging London scene of the 1960's - Austin Powers-style!

General admission is $8 at the door. Students, seniors and military personnel pay $5. Middle school students with ID are admitted on a special two-for-one ticket for $5. No one will be turned away for inability to pay. Tickets may be purchased at the box office, which opens one hour prior to the show. Concessions are available before the show and at intermission.
