Sussex County Republican Women's Club annually donates a book to a Sussex County library as part of its Mamie Eisenhower Literary Project.

Pictured are (l-r) Corresponding Secretary Pam Fitzgerald, Lewes Public Library Director Ed Goyda, Project Chair Eileen Beveridge and Vice President Mary Lane at the presentation of  Dinesh D'Souza's "Obama's America: Unmaking the American Dream."

I didn't realize that I could get my photo in the Gazette just by donating one book to the local library.  I donated scores of books to the Rehoboth Library a few years ago, got a thank-you, and that was that.  It didn't occur to me to call in the press.

I haven't heard much lately about Dinesh D'Souza.  Last I heard was in October 2012 when it was revealed that he had gotten engaged to someone before his divorce was granted.  He pleaded ignorance of the law and said that he didn't know he was doing anything wrong, but the scandal caused him to resign as president of King's College.  He now has some extra time on his hands and probably would be available for speaking engagements at the Sussex County Republican Women's Club.
