Suzanne’s Kitchen Pepper Jelly Spiced Candied Pecans



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a bowl mix Suzanne’s Purgatory (Medium) Pepper Jelly with salt & Tabasco Brand Hot Sauce.
  3. Warm in microwave 30 seconds and set aside
  4. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until it is frothy but not stiff.
  5. Add the pecans and stir to coat evenly
  6. Next add the Pepper Jelly mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Spread the mixture on to a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet.
  8. It is important to make sure the mixture is spread evenly nice & flat.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes flipping halfway through.
  10. You will know the pecans are done when they are slightly browned and jelly has firmed up a bit.
