Tears Of The Sun Summer Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups cubed (1-inch) seedless watermelon

1 large white peach, pitted and cut into small cubes

1 large nectarine, pitted and cut into small cubes

1 black plum, pitted and cut into small cubes

1 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 teaspoon High River Sauces Tears of The Sun Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup nondairy whipped topping (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Gently toss the watermelon, peach, nectarine, plum, blueberries, and grapes together in a large bowl. Sprinkle the coconut, High River Sauces Tears of The Sun Hot Sauce and cinnamon over the fruit mixture and lightly stir to mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Top with whipped topping as desired.
