The 28th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Celebration and Commemoration Banquet will be held in the Normandy Arena at 6:30pm. This year's dinner is dedicated in honor of the late Dr. DeWayne H. Whittington who served on this committee in years past. The speaker will be Dr. Juliette B. Bell from UMES. Tickets are $35 each.
