Troopers responded to the 62000 block of Bay Farm Road at 11:30 a.m. after someone reported two men inside an unoccupied home, said Cpl. John Day of the Delaware State Police.

A trooper entered a locked, fenced in backyard when he saw a man standing near the back of the residence holding a pry tool in his hand, Day said.
