Unbelievable customer loyalty at CJ's

I believe I have an obligation to the local driving public to make them aware of an automotive garage where a satisfied car owner is their main concern.  The automotive garage I am referring to is CJ’s Beach Bays at 33711 Wescoats Road, Lewes.

My 2001 Chevrolet S10 had a water leak to the interior floor that evaded being sealed after numerous and lengthy attempts at sealing.  Up to this point, I had paid CJ’s $325 for the work they performed.

The problem persisted and CJ offered to give me all my money back.  I declined his offer as long as he was willing to continue to find a solution. CJ’s called in a mobile leak repair firm that repairs automobile leaks. They did their repair, but the leak continued. The owner of CJ’s paid $300 for this attempted repair out of his own pocket, and never asked for a single dime provided I would continue having my vehicles serviced there.

The problem was finally resolved after one more attempt by CJ to eliminate the leak with no additional payment for his services.
