A free introductory Svaroopa® Yoga class will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 4 PM. It is open to new and current yogis. Come and if you can, bring a friend.

Rukmini (Maria) Abbruzzi will hold a Svaroopa® Vidya Meditation Satsang on Tuesday, December 11th at 630 PM. New and experienced meditators are welcome. This is a free program; donations are welcome and will go to support Svaroopa® Vidya Ashram.
