Delaware State Police are searching for a 42-year-old woman they say ran up charges on an elderly man's credit cards while staying in his Houston home.
Yvonne J. Pickle befriended a 74-year-old Houston man who let her stay at his home, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police.
The man was hospitalized with an illness, and between Jan. 5 and Feb. 19, Fournier said, Pickle removed a rifle and used the man's credit cards. She made purchases in Delaware, Maryland and New York, running up more than $1,500, Fournier said.
Pickle has five previous capiases issued by Delaware courts; she may be in Milford; Millsboro; Denton, Md.; or Saugerties, N.Y., Fournier said.
