	        Friends, I have been on a homemade voyage lately. Since adopting a whole foods approach to eating, I have been experimenting with making as much as I can from scratch.
Our grandparents couldn't run down to the local Walmart to get all the processed, pre-made food available to us today.

	        The weather may not be feeling all that summery, but trust me, summer is just around the corner.
That means it is time to clean house and get ready to head outside.
Cleaning house, as I have talked about before, can be a great way to exercise. I like to speed-clean my house and get as sweaty as possible while doing it.

I don't know about you, but some weeks it is nearly impossible to make it to the gym to do that great one hour workout. This week is one of those weeks for me. Summer is right around the corner and I am dreading wearing those cute short skirts and dresses. But, there is hope.
